The Property This is a very attractive group of restaurant and bar investments in fabulous locations in Kingston town centre. 37-39 is occupied by Nandos Chicken and 39-41 is let to Pizza Express, both on long leases. These two buildings are particularly attractive and ideally suited to the restaurant trade as both have views across to the Thames, are Grade II* listed 16th Century buildings, full of beams and of course character. 16-17 Apple Market is just a little way away in the pedestrianised part of the town centre and is a more modern, 1974, building. It is let to Mitchells and Butlers, which was previously Bass Taverns, and trades as O'Neill's.
