The Property  This landmark building was developed in the mid 1990's, part by Bredero Properties and part by Slough Estates. Coca-Cola bought 7,435 sqm/80,000 sqft and Disney another 7,435 sqm/85,000 sqft. Other occupiers in the immediate vicinity include L'Oreal, Bechtel and AOL Time Warner.

What we believe was a former Post Office is located on the first floor of the building and totals 185 sqm/2,000 sqft.
